Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.*

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.

Delivery Options
Origins.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Origins package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Standard Service
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
- Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order's ship date.
- Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.
- Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date.
- Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
2nd Day Service
2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date.
- Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.
- Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for 2nd Day shipments.
Overnight Service
Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.
- Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
- Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight shipments.
Electronic Delivery
• Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.
Rules and Restrictions
Some items sold by Origins.com require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.
• The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Origins.com, we comply with these regulations, therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
• If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
• If you wish to provide an alternative physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
We’re sorry, products can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories
• Origins.com accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands).
• Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions.
• Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available.
